Refunds and cancellations
Cancellation of orders
In the event that you wish to cancel an online order after it has already been processed, please contact the Carline customer service by phone on 1800-221412 as soon as possible. We will do our best to complete your request.
Sometimes orders or parts of orders are canceled by our system for various reasons:
Difficulty in processing payment information.
Inability to deliver to the address provided.
Duplicate order placed.
Cancellation due to request of the client.
You can return any product within 14 days and receive the money paid for it back without any explanation.
Your refund is subject to the following conditions:
- The product is returned within 14 days of its receipt.
The package remains unopen and no use of the product is made. The charges for delivery will not be refunded.
The product must be sent together with the receipt for the purchase, the name of the customer and the order number to our address below:

How is a refund made?
The refund is made directly to the credit card company. The credit can be tracked on the Credit card company specification page.
